The West Barnstable Civic Association Board of Directors meet the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM.  Agendas include business of local importance and relevance, reports from our Town Councilor, upcoming activities and events, and any public comment or concerns that arise.

West Barnstable Civic Association General Membership Meetings are held annually on the third Tuesday in January, May, and October. The January and May Meetings are held at the West Barnstable Community Building with Social Time and light refreshments at 6:30 PM, and the meeting at 7:00 PM. The Meet the Candidates October Meeting is held at the 1717 Meetinghouse with Social Time at 6:30 PM and the meeting at 6:45 PM. Enlightening guest speakers are always featured, officers are elected in January, Scholarships are awarded in May, and candidates in the November election have an opportunity to speak in October. All meetings are public and those interested are encouraged to attend.
