The West Barnstable Civic Association Board of Directors meet the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM.  Agendas include business of local importance and relevance, reports from our Town Councilor, upcoming activities and events, and any public comment or concerns that arise.

Civic Association General Membership Meetings are held annually on the third Tuesday in January, May, and October.  These Meetings begin at 7:00 PM, with Social time and light refreshments at 6:30 PM.  Enlightening guest speakers are always featured, officers are elected in January, Scholarships are awarded in May, and candidates in the November election have an opportunity to speak in October.  Held at the West Barnstable Community Building, all meetings are public and those interested are encouraged to attend.
