Each October at the West Barnstable Train Depot, the West Barnstable Civic Association and the Cape Cod Chapter of the National Historical Railway Society partner with the Cape Cod Central Railroad to offer a special train ride through West Barnstable, Sandwich, and Bourne before traveling on the Train Bridge over the Cape Cod Canal.
